Tenant who is not evacuating premise Tenant who is not evacuating premise

Our tenant has rented our house as a guest house and has been operating from our house for the past 15 years. We have decided to not rent it out as a guest house anymore and have given her three months' notice for evacuation as mentioned in the leave and license agreement. Since the evacuation notice, the tenant has stopped communicating with us, all our phone calls and messages go unanswered. As the day of the evacuation is nearing we are wondering what legal recourse we can take if she does not vacate the premise on the specified date.

A.Hello,
As per your facts, as you have already given a notice in accordance with your license agreement, you should send her a legal notice explaining the consequences of not vacating your house.

A.Hi,
Since you have intimated your tenant as per the agreement, you should send her a legal notice stating that legal actions could be initiated.
