Parking before my shop and Blocking the Entrance

Society people parking and blocking entrance of my shop. The place is public in front of my shop. Can IPC 339 or any other section applicable to prevent them.

A.even though public area, vehicles should not be parked in front of gate of shop until there is lot of area available for access to shop.

You have to establish that by parking, those people are preventing inflow and outflow of customers into your shop and causing obstruction in right of free passage, if it is not proved then one cannot complain with any authority.
