Transferring shares to the nominee Transferring shares to the nominee

My mother has 100% nominated me for a flat. But I have a brother who stays there. I have submitted membership letter to the society. Society asked for a succession letter too. Is it necessary to provide succession letter to transfer shares of the flat. Besides can I betray my brother from the flat as I am the legal heir and nominee too.what is the procedure.

A.Dear Sir,

If you have a brother then he might be having a share in it. As it is your mother’s property so society cannot raise objection since she is willing to give property to you exclusively. I will draft a legal notice to resolve the issue, if it is not resolved and then you may approach Civil Court or Registrar of Co-operative Societies.
