I was outstation for one week and my landlady has another key of my house. She entered my house with any prior information nor informed me after entering.

But I came to know that she did.

A.Hi,

Complain to the landlord/agent in writing and demand that they stop breaching your tenancy agreement.
Keep a copy of the letter.
Even though he owns the property, a landlord cannot enter the premises without informing you or in your absence. In case the landlord wants to visit the property, he should inform you at least 24 hours in advance.

A.Hi,
Even though he owns the property, a landlord cannot enter the premises without informing you or in your absence. In case the landlord wants to visit the property, he should inform you at least 24 hours in advance.
Complain to the landlord/agent in writing and demand that they stop breaching your tenancy agreement.
