I paid Rs 16 lakh to a person 4 years ago for appointment to an unsubsidized school but that person kept all the money without going to school, and now I am asking for a refund, he is avoiding it, I transferred the money to him online Here is how I can get my money back

A.Send him a Legal Notice narrating give-take deal and demanding the amount back first and seek response. If nothing positive happens, you will have to go legally with all civil and criminal remedies available to you which are there certainly. Regards
