Refunding of cancelled entrance exam fee

I had applied for admission in M.Sc in a university in punjab. University gives Admision to the students in master courses on the basis of entrance and charges 2100rs . In corona pandemic exam got cancelled on 31 September 2020, but University continued to take entrance exam fee till 15 October 2020.Should I take a legal action against University

A.Do you feel it absolute although you have every right to do so if there were such terms.

Initially, You may send an application for refund of entrance examination fees to the university.
