A.Hi,
if the bail has been dismissed by the sessions court, then in such a situation you can approach High court.
For best advice, you need to specify all the details whether(major and minor) related to your case.

if the bail has been dismissed by the sessions court, then in such a situation you can approach High court.
Moreover, if you can deposit some money in the court as a security then the bail can be argued. Money will be given back to you if you are acquitted during the trial.
For best advice, all the details whether(major and minor) need to be specified by you.

किस कोर्ट से हुई है , ये नही बताया है आपने। अगर सेशन्स से हुई है तो अब हाई कोर्ट से करबानी होगी।
किस अपराध का केस है ये भी नही बताया आपने। कोर्ट ने क्या आर्डर कर रिजेक्ट किया है। ये सब देखना होगा। आप मुझ से cellphone पर बात कर सकते हैं। मेरे नंबर यहां से मेरे प्रोफाइल से मिल जाएगा।
