Hi i have filed 498a, DV and property case against my husband. However in OS family court granted interim order to cancel the property which he had transferred to mother's name and also not to sell. However they are not attending court in DV case and Property case. what will happen next

You may initiate contempt proceedings against them in civil case.

A.Dear client
If the other side party is not attending to court then the matter will be decided in your favor,
Better make steps to serve the court order of not to sell the property to Your sub registration office and get acknowledgment from them, then your share will be safer
