Hello sir
Good evening, i have recently recruited in a uniform department and presently under probationary period(undergoing practical training). Sir, my superior officer, under who iam undergoing training is frequently abusing me with his vulgar words like uselessfellow, Arey waste fellow, ..etc even though iam not at all responsible for any work and iam in a learnig phase(probation) , in front of every body for silly reasons. i feel ashmed and harrased every time, he scold me. Iam under severe mental pressures and under going depressionary phase as the days pass on. Sir, i want to file a case against him in court of law and also with human rights commission. Kindly help me in legal matters. I pray(beg) you to please help me/advice me sir

A.Hello. Talk to HR along with the proofs, if of no avail move the court after sending legal notice.

A.Hi,
Initially, Talk to authorities of your department and bring the issue to their attention.
If you feel that your managers, HR and company management did not deal with your case satisfactorily, then u may issue a legal notice to your employer.

A.Hi,
Bring the issue to the attention of HR and provide evidence such as screenshots, texts and eyewitness accounts.
If you feel that your managers, HR and company management did not deal with your case satisfactorily, Then u may issue a legal notice to your employer.

A.Dear Sir,
First get such vulgar words recorded in audio and video and then get issue a legal notice claiming huge compensation for loss of reputation and damages to your personality as he used vulgar words in the mist of your friends and colleagues then you can file a civil suit for recovery of such amount.
