Refund of rail ticket.

My counter ticket date of journey 29 Mar 20.train was cancelled by govt.i could not cancelled my ticket earlier .when report for cancellation on 14 Nov 20 at counter they told me to date is over for refund and you will not get any refund suggest me what l can do total amount is 6630/-appx.

A.Hello,
Since the amount could be refunded only within 90 days of date of journey, and that has passed according to the facts, so, nothing much could be done

As per your facts, since 90 days deadline from the date of journey has been collapsed therefore nothing much could be done to avail refund
