A.Dear client
In this case the notice which was filed by petitioner i.e. vadi was delayed. So court condoned the delay and accepts the notice of the vadi. Now the office of the court will send the notice to respondents i.e. prativadi.

That means a time is condoned whatever days you delayed to file a notice. That order in favour of petitioner.
