Domestic Violence Domestic Violence

I am house wife and my marriage is inter caste - inter state love marriage and I have a daughter of 19 months. Currently I am not working due to health issue. My husband is abusing me on regular basis for all the things like food, cleaning, caring of daughter. I am managing home as best as I can. But my husband always blaming me for everything and comparing me with females in his family. I am not able to understand what should I do. I am not able to handle this more.

A.Dear client,
You are also not clear what you want from this platform.
If you are aggrieved you have option for opting for suit at District court in Domestic Violence. And in extreme case for Divorce . In both case you may claim maintenance for yourself and daughter, interim maintenance also .
Thanks

A.it is you who have to take decisions of your life.
you can file domestic violence so he will stop abuse.
you can claim maintenance also for you and your daughter but you have to restart earning if there is not major health issue.

Hope this clarifies,
