I have taken a small loan of about 10000 from a finance company just before lockdown and now due to some financial issue i cant pay the loan but will need some time. I also got in touch with them to give me some time so i can repay it but they keep calm ng and telling they will send recovery agent and legal notice if i dont pay

A.You must submit a letter praying for time to re-pay...and you must go through your loan papers and its terms and conditions thoroughly....

Can you please elaborate the facts, however you can send them a legal notice if they are not ready to listen and settle the issue.

Since you tried to convey them your financial situation and than also they are not accepting for settlement, than you should them a legal notice. However more facts are required to help you out.

A.It is small loan.
you took personal loan due to some financial issue only.
now you are not able to pay personal loan due to some financial issue.
they will recover from securities you given.
