Just opposite to my bedroom there is a kitchen of another flat which is on another building and the distance is around 6feet , they hv installed an exhaust fan and after many repeated request they are unwilling to shift the location or put a chimney, what should I do as it put my family in severe health hazard as whenever they cook something all the pollution and hard smell comes to my house

A.Hi,
You may initially send a complaint letter to the managing department of your society,
However, if no action is taken, then you may issue a legal notice

A.i If butter doesn't come out with a straight finger, then it will come by bending finger if dont want to spend.
for nuisance, many things are required like distance and it will reveal that there are irregularity in construction of both houses.
