Passport renewal - Senior citizen - DV case

I want to renew passport for 10 years ,my daughter in law has put DV case in nasik , i stay at mumbai, passport office has told to bring court order , can i get court order from mumbai court in this corona crisis , or i have to go to nashik court for the same .

A.you have to get order from the court where the case has been files against you.

Yes you need to take the orders form Nashik Court, your lawyer can do that on your behalf.
