im married on 19/aug/2018, we given birth for one baby girl.....i married a intercaste girl without taking dowry and i purchased one land and registered on my wife. now since 13 months my wife is staying their mother house only,.. she is not coming and also they are not allowing me to visit their place ....i didnt see my baby since 10 months.....im torchured by their family members...they blocked my number ....they took everything gold, my property and everthing....i approched police station but they are not taking any action, they are not listening my words....i asked to return my property and they filed 498a, 506 case ....charge sheet filed ....my wife is close to her brother in law(her sister husband) .....please help me.

A.My only advice is to talk to a lawyer face to face. Firstly, hire a lawyer for a criminal case that is registered against you and then file a domestic violence case on basis of cruelty alongwith divorce case. You need to pray for the custody of the child as well in your divorce case.
