Personal loan and credit card

I have a 2 lakhs personal loan in axis bank and 66000 rupees outstanding amount of axis credit card. But present situation I don't have job and property and valuable assets to sell repay the loan. Bit bank authorities and recovery agents are continuously harass and threaten to file a criminal case cheque bounce case of personal loan. And also threaten it is filed in far away from my city. I want to time to pay atleast one or two years. How can I survive in this situation. Kindly say the solution of my problem.

A.Hello sir,
we need more information on your loan, credit card debt, sources of income past/present, the assets, etc.
however you can talk to your bank and get the debts converted into EMI's of lower interest.

however, it is advisable to contact your credit card issuer to get your payment scheduled or convert them into Emi's.

A.first of all, send a letter to bank asking for conversion of loan to emi and also mention for not to misuse cheque.
you can take lawyer help in that.
if they file cheque bounce case, you will time to repay.
cheque bounce case is used by many people to buy time to repay.
