Accident by bike

I had accident with someone before 6 month from now and they put IPC 279,337,338 in that they mention leg injury bone crack hand injury and from my side I had brain injury and multiple fracture in frontal face and because bof troma I loss memory for accident and some part or past things and still I used to forget now and they claim this IPC and dnt remember how it happened and my bike is still in police station and I don't have any family only few friends and I studied till 8th class what can I do I dnt know anything

A.you were on bike so it was your responsibility if someone was not on vehicle.
someone is not responsible for your injuries.
