Hi,
My employer terminated me by giving false reasons. The full and final is completed. Now my employer dropping mail to me to submit company laptop at his location. Is it fine if I don't respond to such mails

A.full and final completion does not mean everything closed.
you better send notice for termination by giving false reasons which you will not do.

A.Hi,
Since wrongful termination is illegal you can always sue him. Not responding to his mails will only make matters worse. So it is better you hire a lawyer and seek for compensation.

It is always better you respond to such mails. If you are sure that you were terminated wrongfully, you can always file a suit for wrongful termination.
