they are harrasing me to pay 4000. if not they will file a case against me plz me help out of this

A.pay 4000 for what ?
first the company have to be genuine which are very less.
if company is genuine then they have right to recover any loss.
if company is fake then they will not file any case or do anything except harassment.
same applies to you.

if you have taken money, please return but they can not harass you for this. they should have sent you a legal notice.
since they are harassing you, you can send them a legal notice or civil suit and demand compensation.

no one can harass anyone for any kind of consideration.
if you have taken 4000 rupees, it is advisable to return and resolve the matter amicably.
