And now they want me to come and stay in their house which I can't do, I may loose my life this time if I go there, I want my husband but I don't want to stay with his, how can I proceed legally, please suggest...

You are in a tricky situation. You want to be with your husband, but his overbearing mother is causing you immense hardship. I think the only way for you to resolve this is to sit down with your husband and have an honest conversation with him about it. He has to realize that it is you he is married to, and not his mother.
To save your marriage, it might be necessary that you two live away from your mother in-law. The information about you being thrown out of your house at midnight is deeply concerning. Nobody should be subject to that, much less a pregnant woman. If your husband refuses to distance your marriage from his mother, I would advice obtaining a divorce on the grounds of cruelty under S.498A of the Indian Penal Code.

in 7th month of my pregnancy, they took me there
now they want me to come and stay in their house
why this zigzag. you did absolutely nothing.
go for marriage counselling.
if still not helps, you can file for domestic violence on mother in law or can file for restitution for conjugal rights.
Hope this clarifies,
