Can I file a criminal case against people who took money from me with false promise and now are hiding?
Can I file civil suit for recovery of money after the criminal case end, either in my favor or their favor?
Money was transferred through bank, so Ive all records.

A.Hi,
according to Indian law, no person can be punished more than once for the same offence. so you can file either of the suit. if you will file another suit, it will be dismissed by the court.

A.Hi,
you can either file a civil or a criminal suit.
Civil suit can be filed for recovery pf money and criminal case can be filed for fraud, misrepresentation, criminal breach of trust, cheating.
no two suits can be filed for same offence.

A.civil suit for recovery of money can be filed only within 3 years.
if you loose criminal case then how you will win civil case afterwards ?
police can arrest absconding people.
cheating punishment is upto 7 years and fine or both.
as you have proof and if more people are cheated then very strong case criminal case.
