Sharing wedding pictures on fb account without permission of wife is cyber crime

A.Hi,
S.67 of the Information and technology Act deals with publication or transmitting obscene material in electronic form, this is a crime under Indian law. However, wedding photos are not obscene, and it can even be argued that social media platforms were created to facilitate the sharing of such pictures.
So no, it would not be a cyber crime.

you did nude wedding ?
sharing nude pictures is cyber crime.
sharing pictures of own wedding can be crime if you approach SC.
tomorrow you will ask he have bring that brand of atta, take permission for aquarium, crime for buying blue colour dress for you.
why you got married if husband have to take permission for such things.
live separate happily and dont destroy life of men.
