Passport and government job

I received my passport by suppressing college address. Now I have been selected for central government job and I have to go through a police verification. Can it lead to losing my appointment. If so what can I do legally to avoid this from happening.

A.You can change the address of passport as per the clauses of pass port services by doing all the formalities.

A.Nothing. Most required by police is only your current address. Be nice with police they will submit positive report
