Her family worth is about 2 crores.

It is a serious offence to obtain the EWS certificate by providing wrong details as to their income and property holdings. The girl can be booked for the offences of cheating under Section 417/420 of IPC and forgery under Section 465 of IPC for providing wrong income details and forging the document. You can also file a complaint to the local police for the offence of fraud against the girl and the officers will be able to take appropriate option. Further, engaging in such fraudulent activities will have serious implications on the education and career of the person.
