10 and 12 marksheet name is same but now different in adhar card

My name is on marksheet of board both 10 and 12 th is same but after marrige I change my name on adharcard and again I change my name in adhar after divorce surname I choose is completely diffrent not father surname and not husband surname and affidavit my name and adharcard both now I want to admission in first year of collage so which name I taken for addmission and if mismatch from 10 and 12 marksheet it creat any problem???

firstly please select a name and get provide an affidavit which must be notarised. the name in both 10th and 12th marksheets must be the same or you might have to approach the board you studied in and get it verified.
