A.HI,
You need to submit an application form (notice in the form specified) duly filled and signed by the bride and the groom. Documentary evidence needed are the date of birth of both the parties (matriculation certificate/ passport/ birth certificate) and receipt of fees paid with respect to the application form in the District Court. The rent agreement is taken a valid address proof. Also you can submit the electricity bill among with the rent agreement.

A.Hi,
You need to file a ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’. This notice is to be filed in the way specified in Special Marriage Act or Hindu Marriage Act whichever applicable. The notice must include specifications and proof from both the parties of their marital status, occupation, age, dwelling place, permanent dwelling place if present dwelling place is not permanent and length of residence. The rental agreement is to be treated as an address proof.
