I married in 2010. I am working in Banaglore. wife left home with child in 2018 to her parents house. in 2020 she filed DV case and court granted interim maintenance on 10000/- per month. I am not attending court in other state due to corona but sending her interim maintenance. Now she told me that she filed application for enhancement of maintenance to 50000/- because my salary is 1,50,000/-. she is dance teacher and claiming zero salary due to corona. I can not pay that much.
She is very beautiful and modern and I am very average looking person from village. she was having affair with her dance teacher in past but I dont have proof. Now also she is living with her brother in mumbai instead of parents in village so she can have easy affair.
A.if you want divorce then file divorce case.
if you dont want divorce then file Restitution of Conjugal Rights case. but I dont think you want it.
also for child, you have to get child custody in divorce case or you can file only child custody case.
