Cheating of Rs.32lakh by a land broker

Two lamd broker received 32lakhs for selling their land property but later I want to know that these Two man cheated me of Rs.32.00 lakh and not want to sell any property/land. They give me money receipt in 10 rupees stamp paper and one 30 lakh cheque. How can I get my money back? Please suggest me the proper way to get back my money

A.Hi,
You should file a police complaint against them for fraud, dishonestly inducing you to give your money to them and cheating as per IPC.
