Hello There, We purchased a plot in a private layout long ago. Lack of proper knowledge we didn't observe the schedule of the plot at the time of purchase. All the link documents are with incorrect schedules east marking was placed in the west and the west marking to east. We recently noticed the issue. While trying to get it rectified the registration authority is asking all the previous owners should attend and all the link documents to get rectified. But we are not aware of their location or contact details of the seller and previous owners. Can we get a court order to get this work done.
