Selling Shops in Commercial land constructed on four land parts

We have registry of land in 4 parts (different names) of a commercial land. The land parts are adjacent to each other. We want to construct a shopping complex and sell shops. What's the best way to do this, (ideally we want an entity between four of us to do all the transaction, in this case how do we distribute the share among ourselves)
