hi, my father is working in railways since 1983 as a commission vendor and get permananet in 2009,but my father didnt received this letter with their collegues. my father's collegues get permanant in railway on 1987. my question is that is my father is eligible for pension or their benefits. our case dismissed by supreme court. is there any other option for us.

A.Hi,
If the Supreme Court has dismissed the case it means that there is not enough merit to the case. You need to have documents of the permanent post to ask for pension and other benefits. The only way to go forward is to find these evidences.

A.did you tried RTI ?
how he came to know he became permanent in 2009 if there was no official communication ?
What was done from 2009 after permanent letter not came ?
if case is dismissed by supreme court also then it means you really dont have any evidence.
