Documented information regarding an Autonomous Body

Respected Sir,
I understand that you provide free legal advice to those who need justice but cannot afford to bear the costs involved. In this reference, I have the following queries and will appreciate if you please clarify me the followings:-

1) Whether the Society constituted/ established with the Registrar of Societies of the State/ U.T under the Society Act XXI of 1860 are legally called/ qualify as an Autonomous Body also or not. If not, then what are the differences?
2) Is there any difference in creating a Central Autonomous Body or State Autonomous Body which are generally registered as Society only with the Registrar of Societies under the Society Act XXI of 1860?
3) Is it simply true that a Society registered by the Central Government is simply known as Central Autonomous Body and a Society created by the State is known as State Autonomous Body and Society created by private individual as an Autonomous Body?
Appreciate an early response with some documentary evidence/ links, clarifying the additional parameters required for a Society to qualify as an Autonomous Body.
