What cases can i file against my husband for doubting character? What cases can i file against my husband for doubting character?

I have concealed my love affair with my husband and he caught me talking to my boy friend on phone call after 40 days of marriage and he asked me if i am having any physical relations with my boy friend for which i denied, then i left to my parents home and now staying here since last 9 months.

Husband somehow got hold of my old chats (before marriage) with my boyfriend and is asking me for divorce that i don't want to give as he has spoiled our reputation in neighbourhood. Can i file cases against him for asking about my physical relationships with my boyfriend and hence hurting me emotionally? His sister called me a prostitute on a phone call?

What options does he have to get divorce from me if i am not willing to give?

A.Dear Sir,
You can file Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking restitution of marriage and just deny his all allegations and near chatting is not an adultery.

A.Hi,
While it does constitute a violation of your right to privacy, the Court might be lenient towards him as he is your husband. You can file a complaint against his sister under S.509 of the IPC, which deals with words used to outrage the modesty of a woman.
If he can prove that you were adulterous, the Court will grant his decree of divorce.

A.it all depends what you and he done in 9 months.
definitely you not sitting away from any boyfriend(s).
but it seems your husband is idiot who not collected evidence in this time.
but if got hold of old chats then he might have got new also.
if you done something after marriage and he got hold of it then he can get divorce and its difficult for you.
best is mutual instead of taking chances because if you lose then t will be more damaging.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear client
You can file police complaint for harasshment and nuisance creation by your husband and his sister. For your reputation loss you can proceed with defamation case . Your husband has violated your right to privacy by illegally accessing your private messages for which you also file case against him.
All above facts narrated by you is not proved against you and need to be challeged in divorce proceeding. In the mean time you claim for interim maintenance .
