Bike Loan Due
Hi Sir, I have bike loan from Bajaj Auto, last 2 months my EMI are getting bounce but i pay it to same month by arranging. This month as well its bounced due to financial constraint due to COVID, i told them that i will pay in 1 week, but they said pay on 21 December or we will take your bike. what to do sir.
A.Dear Sir,
You need not bother. Let them file any number of cases and it will take longer period to get their amount if you do not agree to pay and go on getting adjournments in Court.

A.Hi,
The best thing to do in this case is to ask for a restructuring of your payment plan. If you are paying every month, they cannot take possession of the vehicle with such little notice. You can approach the Court if they are harassing you without any legal standing.

A.Dear client
Finance company prior to repossesion of asset have to issue prior notice intimating your pending dues and repossesion action to be taken apart from other.
So if they illegally harassing you complain at customer care of company if not solved you can take help of RBI ombudsman , consumer court etc.
