My grandfather purchased land in 1955.registation also done but signed by owner brother by mistake.from 1955 land is our position revenue and register documents are there .now owner Grand sons filed suit in court. Presumtion of document applicable to this since we have revenue records, registered document.

A.Dear Sir,
Your possession for more than 30 years makes you owner of the property by way of adverse possession.

A.how owner brother can sign document which he is not owner.
but now owner grand sons can not have any grand party after 65 years.

A.Hi,
Yes, the presumption under S.90 of the Evidence Act would hold true. In addition, if you have been in possession of the property since then, you can file a suit for declaration of title, where a Court can decide to whom the title belongs after looking into the facts.

A.Hi,
