I took 75000/ from one person ,JEROME and he told me to give every month , 3000 principal and 700 is interest.. i paid 30 months.. total 90000/ principal and 21000/ interest,. after that he asked 5000 every month . now i paid 25000/. already over . he is threatening me i have to pay 50000/ more . what i should do

A.you repaid by cash ?
if not then you already repaid enough with interest and do not pay anymore.
You threaten to file a complaint for criminal intimidation and extortion and can file it.

A.Have you issued any promisory note/cheque to your friend while availing loan? If YES, then you'll have to consult an advocate. If NO, then you need not have to worry for legal consequences and regarding personal threats, try to communicate with your friend and get it resolved mutually or visit the nearest police station if the gravity of the threat is more.

A.Dear Sir,
Ask him to to go where ever he wish. he cannot get money illegally. Be brave. It is a civil case and if he goes to civil court it will take years together. If he goes to police they reject as it is civil case.

A.Hi,
You have already repaid the amount you borrowed with interest, and do not need to pay him anymore. You can file a complaint against him for criminal intimidation and extortion under S.503 and S.383 of the Indian Penal Code.

A.Hi,
