Company not accepting resignation and not providing documents Company not accepting resignation and not providing documents

I have put the resignation on 8th November and it's been 2 months and they haven't accepted my resignation yet . Also there hr team has made me to take interview for them in this two months . After putting resignation multiple times , they threatened me that they will mark me absconded and will not provide any reliving letter or resignation acceptance. Moreover they haven't provided me the salary of last month at all .

In my offer letter , notice period is not mentioned and the company hasn't provided me the appointment letter. There isn't any written document for serving notice period and yet they made me to ta take interviews for them even after my resignation and forced me to continue doing that otherwise they will not provide me any documents and will mention negative feedback for me in relieving letter so that i won't be able to get a job at anywhere .

A.Hi,
You can send them a legal notice as, they are in the possession of your documents.

A.Hi,
Primarily, a legal notice could be sent to the company sine they are neither accepting your resignation, nor they are providing you the legal documents, as there is no clause of notice period in your offer letter.
