A.There are similar issues including that of repeatedly asking for payments n taking double bouncing charges etc coupled with phone calls and visits of unsolicited persons for recovery. Although it's a big company outsourcing of work may be the reason behind this all. Plz take ststematic approach and gather all evidential material and file police complaint with ur near police authorities. Even if it works out or otherwise you can push the issue with filing consumer complaints against the concerned individuals and/or company. Regards
