Hi
I'm working with a school. Told me 6 months back that we cannot afford you so you have be on leave without pay for 2 months. Again after completion 2 months they send me another mail for extension of LWP for 2 months and again for 2 months of LWP. Now I'm on LWP since 6 month's. Now school is forcing me to resign. I have not paid my rent since 6 months as school told me again and again that they will gonna call me soon on work. Kindly help me. What can i do in this legally.

A.Hi,
In this case, you can send them a legal notice, also you can approach the labour court for the same.

A.Hi,
As per your facts, since you are not being paid for past six months and forcing you to resign, you can file an application in the labour court, however, you can send them a legal notice at first.
