Regarding protection in intercast marriage

I am married to a person who is in different religion. We married according to Special Marriage Act. Now we both got threating from my house and also they are trying to lodge false complaint against us.
Now we want to file a petition for our protection and legal rights. Please help us.

Yes you can file a petition, but at first you can approach to the police station, and file a complaint.
