Unsatisfactory tour package deal

While taking a Tour package deal of 10 years, what has been discussed is different than their written terms & conditions. Like in query they clarified the paid amount can be refundable but in their terms & conditions its non refundable. My blunder is trusting their words and without going through terms & conditions of application, I signed the same and paid 1 Lac out of 1.7 Lac. Also the offer was to have EMI option with company for 12 Months but later on they deducted the amount from my credit card and asked to convert paid amount in my credit card EMI option. I couldn't realise at that moment but later on when I realised and asked them for misguiding terms & conditions and asked for refund they said its non refundable. If though I want refund then 60% will be deducted and may take long time but not sure.
Also not satisfied with other terms & conditions and for raised queries they are not responding with clarifications. Responded in 3 mails but not addressed properly my queries. I've not received any document or welcome kit from the company so far after 2 weeks. Please advice.

You may file a case with consumer forum, if there was deficiency in services provided by the service provider.
As, According to the definition under Section. 2(11) of Consumer Protection Act 2019 , any sort of imperfection, or defect in the feature, quality, amount, worth, authenticity, its capacity or potential, and standard which is obligatory to be maintained and regulated as per the laws and statutes in function or any agreement/contract claimed by the seller, with respect to the products and goods, is known as deficiency.
You may visit the company's office personally, if your grievance still remains unaddressed.
The, you may file a case with the consumer forum stating your grievances.
