Wife earns 45000 INR per month and I earn 85000, i have her photos with her colleagues in which she is wearing company id card also but i dont have her pay slips etc which can prove her in hand salary. Will court consider the said photos and reject interim maintenance if I show an estimated income of her based on her position in an IT MNC?
A.Hi,
