A person has made a false accusation and filed a complaint telling that I have called him by his caste. Now demanding to pay money or else will take to court

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint with the police for criminal intimidation under Sections 503 & 506 IPC, and extortion under S.383 IPC. Making false claims are punished under S.209 IPC. A civil suit for malicious prosecution can also be instituted against him.

A.Dear Client,
If you know that he is alleging false involvement in SC/ ST case , and demanding extortion or money . So if you can prove this demand by recording his voice or any way by third person who knows that he has demanded so. Then you need to file a case against him for extortion and threatening of involving in fabricated case at CJM Court, on complaint petition.

A.Abusing on the name of the caste in the public place will attract the provisions of Atrocities on Sc/St. The same has to be enquired by the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police/DSP and the enquiry report should submit with in 30 days. until that is not done mere lodging a complaint without enquiry by a DSP person cannot be arrested.
