Neighbour harassment and torturing.

My neighbour is harassing me mentally. Whenever i get into my room he make weird noises and sometimes use abusive words too. What can I do?

Initially, you may issue your neighbor a warning,
However, if the nuisance still continues, you may file a case against him.
