Sir I had taken money rs 1,70000 from a person and we had a agreement that I can give my room to him. But due to some reason I didn't have him neither room nor money. After 2 months he took another room and demand me to pay room rent for that room so we had another agreement that I will give him Rs 7000 as a room rent till I don't return his 1,70000 rs. But now I got call from police station and the PSI told me that return his money back or he will register fir on me as I am a gov servant. Police told me you will be suspended from your job. Pls Help Me what should I do now. We have proper agreement then also police threatens me what should i do now

Since you have proper agreement, police cannot threaten you in such cases.

A.Hi,
If you have proper agreement with the other party, in such instances, usually police do not initiates any such action, since this is a civil matter which is first to be reported to the magistrate.

A.Police can't proceed in the matter because it is purely a civil matter, and even if the police is threatening, most probably they will not proceed further. In case you find that an FIR is registered against you in any non bailable section, you may file application for anticipatory bail in the session court. If the agreement is written then you may show the copy to the police and in the court.
