A.Dear Client
As per your inputs, due to your father's old age his property may be misappropriated by some others, then get the transfer of the property in your name from your father that will make you safe from all encroachers

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint with the police for extortion and criminal intimidation. A Court order can then be obtained granting your protection from these persons and preventing their activity with regard to your father's property.

A.Hi,
You will have to keep all the originals in some location known only to you, your father, the executor of his estate and any other legal heirs. You can then file a complaint with the police and obtain an injunction or protection order against these persons' activities.

A.First of all, keep all your title documents in secure custody as these original title documents in your possession helps you a lot. Then file a writ petition in high court making police a party in the matter and disclose all names in it. You have to send one notice to sub registrar to not to entertain any document of property for registration.
