My father bought a land in the year 2005 in his own earnings and cultivated crops by his own after due to age factor and some medical problems my sister's husband assisted him in the land works and two to three time sugarcane crop registration done in his name the my father bear all the expenses for cultivating crops the final bill amount came in his account .now my sister's husband claiming that the land all becomes to me because in my sugarcane amount all came so land is belongs to me he is telling that possession was in my name because I only received the bill amount so the land belongs to me he is saying you must not enter into the land is it possible pls help me sir

A.Dear Sir,
The sale deed and land records are the prima facie of possession. The sugarcane bills are not the documents of possession. File a suit for permanent injunction against him.

A.It is greed of money that people go up to such an extent.no need yo very by receiving some payments, one doesn't become the owner of the land.During the life time of ur father, no body can claim any right over the property. It is only ur father who has a right to give his land to anybody he likes. Thereafter property will go as per schedule of Hindu succession act if ur father is a Hindu.

A.Hello
He can not claim it since it is purchased by your father. Ask your father to make a will other wise after his death your sister can claim it. For more details click consult button
