OAE booked land

We have land purchased in my mother's name which we have received the Patta.The seller has taken the right to title from SDM court,He has given the government demarcation,we regularly give the rent tax to the government But now When we want to sell the land the registrar says it's booked under OAE act and no mutation and sale deed can be done,we want to sale the land how could we sell the land.

You can approach the Court and state your grievances, they can then pass an order or decree granting you relief.
