Am I eligible for getting my rank back ? Am I eligible for getting my rank back ?

Myself a graduate from a reputed college of a deemed university. My course duration was 5yr+1 yr internship. I passed my exams with first class and 3 university rank according to college authority.
I joined internship at same college after the course .it went uneventfully.I was supposed to complete my internship by April 16,2020 .But due to Corona it extended and I completed it by November 2020.
Later college authority inform that I'm not eligible to get my degree certificate this year so I will get it by next year .
They also cancelled my Third university rank and given to the fourth person . Told reason that I haven't completed internship on time .
Is the University rank is based on studies or based on internship? Is there any clause or law for denying my eligibility? I want to know is there any possibility for getting my rank back ?
Please help

A.Hi,
This depends on the university's policy, as they determining the rankings. You best option is to approach the college management yourself and state your grievances.

A.Hi,
You will have to approach the college's management and state your grievances to them. The criteria for determining a rank will depend on the university's private policies. Instituting legal proceedings will only serve to extend the issue further, your best option is to approach the management yourself.
